During this 3 month journey, your thoughts regarding all that is YOU will be reprogrammed. You will become fully exposed to the cold, hard and in many cases the ugly truth, so that the desires of your heart, self-worth and your innate abilities may be revealed to you.
Over the course of 90 days we will utilize a variety of specialized techniques, that will virtually change and transform your thoughts and beliefs, thereby enabling you to create a new and sustainable healthy lifestyle. Together we will eliminate struggle and create ease and flow. We will rebuild new and healthy relationships not only with yourself, but also with food. We will end the continuous cycle of dieting and establish a solid foundation by breaking through mental barriers.
Each week you will be required to take a different course of action, which will provide you with very effective tools, bringing you one step closer to reaching your goals. Once a week we will have a conference call, allowing you the opportunity to discuss your progress. I will also dive deeper into each technique, and their benefits. Together we will build a new, healthy, solid foundation!
What’s Included
This option is for those who are unable to work with me One on One due to availability, or feel that their needs will be met solely by having access to the Course Work and Study Guides. This package includes everything that the One on One course provides, except the 45 Minute Weekly Guidance Sessions and Daily Accountability. If you choose this option, you will also have Limited Access to Contact me with any questions you may have regarding the Course Work related to the Personalized course via email only.

Although I support any diet plan that works for you, myself and a few of my clients follow a Flexible Diet, which allows us the freedom to include foods that we enjoy eating, without eliminating ANY food groups. Food has purpose...It tastes great and should be enjoyed! With a Flexible Diet, you will learn to create healthy relationships with food that tastes great and you enjoy eating, which is key! Each plan is "personalized" and will provide you with the vitamins, nutrients and minerals your body requires. You'll receive a Starter Kit which includes the following: Meal Plan, Success Tips and Tools, All About Macros, Understanding Calories, and a Nutritional Fact Sheet. Together we will review how to track your food intake and proper meal prep. Remember...We're building a solid foundation!
